I had today off work for Presidents' Day, but had plans to go out for dinner with a coworker who was coming in from out of town. Turned out her plane was delayed so we canceled our plans, and instead my husband and I went out for dinner with his old boss and his wife. It was nice!

Yes, I wore this sweater on Wednesday. And I wore the pants yesterday. And I wore the shoes on Saturday. Mostly, I am lazy - if something doesn't end up in the laundry basket or back in the closet after I wear it, I will probably wear it again.

The weather is suddenly amazing! I didn't wear a coat when I left work today and I was still a little warm in just my sweater! Tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer..!

Today I worked from home, so I spent the day breaking in these jeans I got last fall and hadn't worn yet. I got a pair in a darker wash at the same time, and wore them all fall and winter. But I could barely get this pair on! Thanks to Natalie, I learned that even though they were the same style and size, they were made at a different time in a different country!

I had a telepresence meeting at work today. Very neat! It's sort of like a life-sized videoconference - people in another room (another state, even) look like they're sitting right across the table from you. So I wanted to wear something that had at least a little interest on top, since I was "sitting across the table" from a room full of coworkers I don't see very often.

I had a video conference at work today, so I wanted to wear something with a little interest around the neckline. I actually got this shirt a couple weeks ago at a Banana Republic outlet. It's lightweight and has short sleeves, but I've been looking forward to wearing it so I just layered it under a cardigan.

Usually I put my camera on a mini tripod on the top shelf of my bookcase, which works well in general, but tends to make my legs a little stumpy. Today I moved it one shelf down and added a thick book under the tripod. I think this angle works a little better - except for the goofy look on my face!

After staying home for two snow/sick days, I was happy to go back to the office today. Both this shirt and the sweater are new - I picked them up at Target on my last trip there. Of course, no clothes were on my shopping list, but these were on sale!
