This was pretty much my uniform all weekend.
I'm glad the weather is cooler, because now I can wear these tops. They're a little thin, so I like to wear a camisole underneath, but in the summer it's a little too warm for that.
I stopped at Target on my way home from work yesterday to pick up something totally different, but accidentally ended up with this shirt and these shoes. Whoops!
Day 2 of my three-day meeting. I'd been saving this shirt to wear at a work event like this, so even though our meeting was virtual and there were actually only a couple other people in the room with me, I went ahead and wore it :o)
Today was day one of a big three day meeting at work. The conference room we were in was freezing!
I still have mixed feelings about this sweater (and its teal sister). I like the embellishment, but the flower is so high up on my shoulder. It's more like a parrot on my shoulder than a corsage on my lapel...
Have I ever paired this necklace with this sweater before? I don't think I have, and I don't know why not - I love them together!
I was not supposed to be at work today. I was running a huge global presentation and my team and I planned to all work from home. But I accidentally left my computer at work last night! So I had to go to the office after all :o(
I spent the day at work, then killed a couple hours, then was out at an event all night. So I just changed into jeans and flats after work, and I was ready to go!
Had to present at two meetings today - one with actually a lot of people in the same room as me for once, and one over the phone.
So excited that the weather is really cooling off! When I leave in the morning, I almost need a jacket now - and when I head home in the afternoon, I can leave my sweater on and still feel comfortable!
Yesterday I learned that our office is going to be freezing as the weather cools off. I'm actually excited about that - it means I get to wear more sweaters!
I should stop going to the office on Mondays. There is never anybody there! I did have to present something at a meeting - via videoconference.
I have all new neighbors around my desk at work... again. Needed to look presentable on the first day I met them :o)
