Here's a before and after picture! My friend, who is a hairdresser, did the chopping and then gave me a beautiful cut. And the ponytail is being sent away to make wigs...

I love that you were able to donate your hair, I would be so nervous after my last haircut debacle!
I was nervous too (especially because my friend cut it, and I didn't want to be mad at her!), but my theory is, it will always grow back :o)
