Today I took the day off work and went on my annual Christmas shopping trip with two of my friends from college! I had to dress for the chilly and rainy weather, while also not overheating in stores and the mall.

I swapped out my regular purse for its larger, cross-body cousin, and it was perfect! Comfortable to carry all day and I could even cram my windbreaker in there once we were safely inside.

I got this shirt off the sale rack at New York & Company months ago, but hadn't worn it yet! After wearing it for the day, I love it! It's really soft, and there's neat details around the neckline and arm-holes that of course you can't see at all in this picture, but it's neat.
