Today I took the day off work and went on my annual Christmas shopping trip with two of my friends from college! I had to dress for the chilly and rainy weather, while also not overheating in stores and the mall.

Jeans - Old Navy
Shoes - Clarks Privo
Earrings - Stella & Dot
Purse - Thirty-One
I swapped out my regular purse for its larger, cross-body cousin, and it was perfect! Comfortable to carry all day and I could even cram my windbreaker in there once we were safely inside.

My husband and I were going to a show after work, so I just swapped out skinny jeans (finally!) and some different shoes and we were off!

I loved this outfit! So happy with it! We had a big meeting at work followed by a lunch with some higher-ups, and I felt like a grown-up, which was the best part :o)

I don't usually include my purse, but the Plum Awesome Blossom print goes so well with it, too!

When I first saw the pattern on this bag, I didn't really think it was my style. But now I love it! I've got a matching wallet, too, though I don't think I would carry them together.
