It was kind of warmish yesterday, but today it was back to bitterly cold weather. Also, it was a little rainy, so I wore real shoes instead of little flats.Sweater - Bass
Tank - Old Navy
Slacks - New York & Company
Shoes - Dockers
Monday was a holiday, Tuesday I stayed home due to the snow (our office opened late anyway), and Wednesday was my normal day to work from home, so today was my first day in the office this week! Good thing I wore this warm sweater, there was a breeze by my desk!
I've worn this outfit before, so I usually try not to re-post duplicates, but I had to show off my nice new lipstick today! I found it in the clearance bin at Target - a set of four for $.75! Check your Target endcaps, mine had all kinds of goodies this weekend!
I keep forgetting that I have these pants! Weird thing about them is that they are super staticky. So I can only wear certain socks with them so they're not sticking to my legs all day. Maybe you can't really tell in the picture, but they're gray with blue pinstripes.
I rarely wear this pink t-shirt because you can see through it a little bit. But I figured I could get away with it since it would be mostly covered by my sweater today. And that sweater is so warm (a good thing!) that you need to wear something light under it anyway.
Big things happening at work today, so I wanted to look professional. Somehow, professional = collared shirt to me...
I've been thinking of getting rid of this sweater (and the other one I have in pink), but decided to give it another try. The cable knit stretches weird over my chest, but other than that it fits nicely in terms of length and neckline, etc. What do you think, should it stay or should it go?
My rainy black and gray week ended on a non-rainy note, but I continued with the colors anyway.
